Emergencies and Phone Calls

In Case of Emergency
If emergencies strike, please call our office immediately. If it is during office hours (8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday) call 662.844.9166 in Tupelo, 662.328.8125 in Columbus and 662.286.3277 in Corinth. Tell the receptionist you have an emergency and would like to speak to a nurse immediately. Once the nurse is on the line, give a detailed description of your problem. The nurse will then consult with your physician and relay further instructions.

For emergencies occurring after office hours, call 662.844.3828 regardless of which office location you visit. If there is no answer, call The North Mississippi Medical Center at 662.377.3000. Tell the operator your emergency and your physician”s name. He or she will get the physician on call to call you back as soon as possible.

If your emergency is extreme, GO IMMEDIATELY to the nearest Emergency Room and have them contact your physician.

Non-Emergency Calls
Should you have a question or concern that is not an emergency, feel free to call our office during normal business hours. Give the receptionist a detailed description of your problem. The receptionist will pull your chart for our nurses and relay your situation. Once your problem has been reviewed, a nurse will call you back with information. Calls are returned in the order we receive them so please be patient.
